**Eligibility:**

– Products must be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

– Claims must be reported within **7 days** of delivery.

– Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

**Exclusions:**

– Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents.

– Custom or personalized machines.

**Return Process:**

1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Call with order number and details of the issue.

2. Provide photographs if the product is damaged or defective.

3. Return the product to our address (pickup available in select areas).

4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

**Refund Mode:**

– Refund will be issued to the original payment method (online gateway, COD adjustment, or bank transfer as applicable).
